Christina Aguilera says her son Max, 11 months, is an inspiration for new music she is working on. Last winter, People Magazine took a look inside Max’s nursery, where Aguilera’s favorite décor item is an 11 ft.-tall moon from her Back to Basic tour. (Bringing the moon to the nursery was husband Jordan Bratman’s idea.) A Paddington Bear is also a staple in Max’s room at the family’s Mediterranean-style Los Angeles mansion.   

Pottery Barn Kids has some adorable new baby room designs. All things baby boy have been tugging at my heart strings lately. At first glance, this circus nursery seems too busy—but you know what? I think its fabulous. You can always tone down the theme by skipping the polka dots at the top of the room.

These toys (above) are a sweet way to keep the continuity of theme flowing throughout the space, $29-$32. And I love the modern take on this classic rocker! It sells for $129. The stripes on the walls really make everything pop. 

Home-Coming Queen

Nothing, budgets included, stops you from putting your all into creating your dream home. Your look is quintessentially feminine: cool, pretty colors; layered patterns and textures; and flawless attention to every detail.  

The site says Claudia Schiffer, 37, and I share the same style. (Wow! We are practically twins!) In case you were wondering, she still holds the world record for appearing on the most magazine covers. She has two children, Caspar, 4 and Clementine, 2. They all posed for Vanity Fair last June.

Here is how I see that translating into baby decor. Restoration Hardware has a sweet new baby line. I love it, but I think it is too cookie-cutter without a personal touch.

It is pure, dreamy and chic all at the same time.
Maybe this baby actually sleeps in the master, because I know not a person who could keep this immaculate for long. It is definitely my new fantasy nursery!

Petit Tresor in West Hollywood has some of my favorite white cribs.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony’s nursery for twins Emme and Max (below) has a similar vibe. Next week, we will have all the details on their incredible baby suite, and tips on how to recreate the same look for less!

New parents Jamie Lynn Spears, 17;  and fiance Casey Aldridge, 19; opened up their home to OK Magazine this week.

We catch a glimpse of life inside the family’s home in Kentwood, Louisiana. They happily pose for photos with baby Maddie Briann in their master bedroom, kitchen and nursery.

 Found: Maddie’s pink bouncer! It looks comfortable, modern and stylish.

The bouncer is one of many gifts the new couple received from their registry at BabiesRUs. The Boppy Cradle in Pink is $54.99, available online and in stores.

The nursery is decorated in comforting pink and green tones. Jamie Lynn says her mother helped with the details.

Jamie Lynn Spears, 17; and boyfriend Casey Aldridge, 19; debut their baby girl on the cover of OK Magazine this week. The new family is settling into their newly purchased home in Jamie Lynn’s hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana.

The couple says their nursery is compete, and they are ready for Maddie’s first year. They registered for items like this Britax car seat above (about $300) at BabiesRUs, and received many items from their registry at a baby shower attended by Maddie’s new aunt, Britney Spears.

No photos of the little one have been released, but Matthew’s mother, Kay, arrived in Los Angeles earlier in the week to help care for the baby. We cannot wait to see photos of Levi’s room! Will it be modern with bright primary colors and geometric art…or shabby chic, with a white-washed crib and denim bedding?

We hope the stylish new family consulted one of our favorite celebrity nursery designers, Wendy Bellissimo. 

Wendy has designed dozens of A List baby nests, and features photos on her website. The images below are from Kelly Ripa’s home.

Brad and Angelina selected their nursery furnishings with help from three designers at Petit Tresor in Hollywood, according to CelebTV. Reports say the pair purchased two $800 organza bassinets, similar to the one shown above. The employees say their color theme is pink, yellow and cream. The store is an A List favorite, with dozens of celebrity clients including Melania Trump, Jennifer Lopez and Tori Spelling. 

Adding to the luxurious accomodations, the new Jolie-Pitt nursery will reportedly house two glamourous chandeliers, similar to the one shown above. The twins will be the 5th and 6th kids in the Jolie-Pitt family, joining Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2. Angelina will remain hospitalized until the birth of the twins in coming weeks, according to her physician’s update this morning.
