One Tree Hill stars Danneel Harris and Jensen Ackles tied the knot on Saturday in Dallas, TX. Of course, the make-up artist that did my wedding, Mayra from My Fabulous Faces, did the bride’s gorgeous make-up. We received a fun baby shower guest book this week, and we have to share it with you! We had the pleasure of walking along the Champs-Élysées last weekend. We even climbed to the top of the Arc de Triomphe! What a view. The entire time I was in Europe, I noticed how many formal baby carriages strolled the streets, like this Silver Cross Pram. Certainly cities like Rome, Venice and Paris are very walkable, and many stylish moms consider their pram a fashion accessory. The babies looked quite pleased, too!

We are home! What a perfectly wonderful adventure we had! There is so much to tell you about. I did much of the planning for our first European adventure. But John selected this location for our final morning in Paris, and it was one of the prettiest places we visited during our trip. The Luxembourg Gardens. It does not get any more Parisian than this. Situated in the heart of the sixth arrondissement near the Latin Quarter, the park surrounds the Luxembourg Palace, which is now the seat of the French Senate. This location is one of the most kid-friendly areas of the city. Little ones can rent little sailboats to float in the main fountain on Wednesdays and on weekends. The park is also surrounded by the most stylish green chairs, ideal for relaxing and soaking it all in. I read that people love these chairs so much that you can actually purchase them somewhere in the city. There is also a gated playground and a carrousel on the grounds. In the days to come, I cannot wait to tell you all more about Italy and France! 

I will be away for a couple of weeks, dolls! I will be catching up on some client work before leaving on a jet plane. How much fun are we going to have in Rome, Venice and Paris?! Baby Texas…you are one great looking kid! We also know Texas’ mom, so we can assure you he is one lucky kid, too! Sasha sent us these amazing baby photos, taken by squaresville studios in Dallas! We love learning about great new photographers in our neck of the woods. This photographer did a great job capturing expressions on Texas’ face, and also utilizing beautiful light in the photos!

One of my favorite babies in the world is 21 weeks old already! Remember his fabulous shower? Garrett, you are a handsome little man! I visited Garrett in the hospital after he was born, and I saw firsthand how instantly his parents fell in love with him. His mom, Jean E., is one of my very best friends. That is all of us below, at my wedding. It is going to be so much fun watching little Garrett grow. Look at those cheeks–so kissable!

I mentioned little Julianne last week. I have known her mom, Dianne, since grade four! Julianne will celebrate her first birthday next month. These photos are from our wedding rehearsal at St. Thomas Aquinas. She was a big hit. I couldn’t resist sharing this cutie with you.
