We want to let you know about a fabulous Mother’s Day initiative. Serena & Lily, one of our favorite baby linen companies, has teamed up with actress and model Rebecca Romijn. This year in honor of Mother’s Day, for every Market Sling™ sold during the month of May, Serena & Lily will donate a care package to a homeless child through the non-profit organization Project Night Night. Serving over 25,000 homeless children every year, Project Night Night distributes comfort packages to homeless children who need nighttime essentials to feel secure, cozy, ready to learn and significant.  Each “Night Night” package includes a blanket, an age-appropriate book and a stuffed animal, and will be distributed to children living in homeless shelters. There are times {like in a car seat, for instance} when we cannot hold the bottle, but baby needs to eat immediately! This is when the Bottle Snugglers are handy! These plush animals have a detachable elastic ring to hold a bottle. Originally designed for parents of multiples, we think Bottle Snugglers are convenient for any parent with an infant.

We found the greatest new bag line called Boodlebags, and we love their convenient diaper changing kit! There is just enough space for a diaper and some wipes, and the bag turns into a changing pad for baby! The best thing is, the fabrics are stylish and not overly “baby”, so the changing kit looks like it is one of your handbags. The kit is $35, and available online. We think this is a great option for changing baby at a restaurant.

Here at AListBaby, we thrive on organization! This is why we love to have a specific place for all of our cosmetics and accessories. Similarly, it is important to have baby’s gear in order. We just received this great Diapering Cargot, $34 with pouches for diapers, wipes, powder and more. It can slide easily into your handbag, and also snap to a stroller, closet or a towel rack; anywhere that will make changing baby easier. You can also pick up a Toiletry Cargot, $32 for yourself! We love the Thermos new Foogo sippy cup and food jar. The sippy cup keeps beverages cold for hours. And the food jar has the ability to keep food either hot or cold for hours. 

We love drinking out of a glass water bottle—and we assume babies do as well. Your little one can enjoy a safe and classy meal out of a glass bottle. Glass packaging manufacturer O-I , suggests glass baby bottles and baby food jars because of its safety recognition by the FDA. Siliskin glass baby bottles, $12, come with a translucent, silicone sleeve that allows you to see measurements and liquid in the bottle.
