I love the way this primary-colored nursery displays books! This looks like a fun place to hang out! I spotted this nursery on Kenzie Poo.

Melissa Rycroft is expecting a baby with husband Tye Strickland! This will be the first child for both. We think the Dancing With The Stars and Bachelor Pad star will be a great mom! We have a feeling she will have a boy. We selected some of our favorite nursery modern nursery items for Melissa and Tye, for a stylish boy nursery for their baby. All items from Giggle. We cannot wait to see photos from her new home near Dallas.

This room is opulant and clean at the same time. One thing I admire about the room is the ability to transition the style from baby to little girl quite easily. The color combination is fresh, too. And we see the “curtains” around the canopy. I also like the custom-trimmed ottoman. I wonder if it is as comfortable as the glider? It is a glamorous alternative. This nursery was designed by House of Ruby in San Francisco.

Fabric can really jazz up a room….or create a calming effect on a room. I am beginning to love curtains. They are a great alternative to a door in a nursery closet. And when they are attached a ceiling, they can make a great backdrop on a wide wall. (No window required!) Of course, the sophisticated drama of fabric around a canopy is a personal favorite of mine. I have lunch with some girlfriends this afternoon, and lots of work to do this evening! Cheers to a happy summer weekend, friends! Guess what this is? This is post 500 on AListBaby.net. Can you believe it? I started this blog more than two years ago. So much has happened!
