Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s Vision

The recent birth of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s twins, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, reminds me of this W Magazine photo shoot in July 2005.

This concept was created by Brad and photographer Steven Klein, during the filming of Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Based on a picture-perfect suburban family with dark secrets, it is a thought-provoking look at the stereotypical American family; a mold the couple always refused to fill. Instead, the couple paved their own path.

Brad, of course, was still married to Jennifer Anniston during this shoot. Angie claims the two became “close friends” on-set. Brad later adopted Jolie’s son Maddox, whom she adopted from Cambodia. Together, they adopted Zahara and Pax, and conceived Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne. After the jump, view baby furniture that would fit in perfectly with this W photo shoot….
